EVERSOR SSS1 is the smallest single shaft shredder in the EVERSOR family. It has been designed to help serial production plants with multiple CNC machines to shred down them
turnings straightaway at the CNC machine output belt.
With its compact design your safe space, manpower, transport cost and stocking cost of the turnings,
the add value of the turnings is an extra bonus as the road transport or shipping and separation
becomes way easier and it’s most welcomed at any recycling plant.
EVERSOR DSS700 is the perfect he/ping hand, in shredding heavy industrial scrap and waste like car body’s or rebar’s, with the capacity till 116 mm, simply a monster in shredding.
With the hydraulic drive, the machine is as powerful as control sensitive, easy operating with sing/e crane operator.
The PLC control is providing the necessary protection of the machine in operation, overloading and in dangerous cases. in error situations the machine is giving visual and acoustic a/arms, in extreme cases enters the automatic emergency stop.
With the easy blade replacement on the machine, it’s giving a good time management and cost reduction during the operation.
